In this three hour workshop, we will print and paint with thickened mordant pastes to create unique surface designs on fabric! We will explore pattern and natural color using sustainable techniques.

Together we will prepare fabric, create mordant pastes, paint, and dye fabric! Participants will take home several samples of naturally dyed and painted fabric, recipes and process notes, and the skills to recreate the process at home.

All materials will be provided! No experience necessary! Best suited for ages 16+
